After a brief but intense preparation, the Social Housing and Finance Corporation (SHFC) at last conducted the Background Investigation. The St. Hannibal Homeowners Association Phase 2 was scheduled first, and the Phase 1 second. The former was interviewed on August 3, 2006, from 3:00 to 5:30 PM; and the latter August 4, 2006, from 3:00 to 5:30 PM. Mixed with excitement and fear, the people overcome the challenge and come out successful.

After submitting documents to Social Housing and Finance Corporation (SHFC) last July 14, the people are now prepared for the Background Investigation to be conducted by the mentioned agency. The preparation started last July 21 and ended last August 2 - the day before the Background Investigation itself. People from St. Hannibal Homeowners Association Phase 1 and 2 were requested by the St. Hannibal Empowerment Center (SHEC) to prioritize the trainings and seminars over their works and other concerns.
